You will receive your first selection of properties on the first day of our communication. Your personal manager will present several top options matching your core requirements, with a certain amount of strategic deviations. Together we need to refine your application to a clear understanding of real, not imaginary, criteria. The entire process of finding the optimal apartment, house, or commercial property usually takes 1-3 weeks, 1-5 meetings, and 2-15 tours. We recommend touring no more than 3 properties at a time and a maximum of 15 to prevent decision fatigue. Our contract does not limit the number of your options, we work for the result, meaning our service continues until your successful purchase or rent.

Our professional support pakage necessarily includes assistance in negotiations with property owners and/or their representatives, thorough assessment of the property’s condition, and comprehensive due diligence on all legal documentation for your chosen property. This approach minimizes risks while ensuring transparency of the deal.

Deal Processing

If you have independently found a suitable property and reached price agreement with the owner, but require some help in correctly and safely finalizng the transaction, our team can take over the entire process, representing your interests and offering flexible terms adapted to your needs.

For example, situations often arise requiring proper document preparation or verification (notaries do not always perform timely or thorough checks of a property’s or owner’s history), organization of all processes sequentially and without risk for both parties, and assistance with lending, etc. Our professional help at the final stage will not significantly impact your budget but will definitely protect you from uncertainty and stress.
