What Documents are Needed?

To complete your property valuation, simply provide us with scanned copies of the following documents through any conventional method:
1. Documents proving property ownership, or the documents, on the basis of which the property was purchased/registered.
2. Technical passport of the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI).
3. Copy of passport and the identification number of the owner (one of the co-owners).

If we are appraising a house or land plot, we attach:
4. an Extract from the Land Cadastre, a State Act on the right of permanent land use, or a State Act on land ownership rights, or a land plot Lease Agreement.
If the owner is a legal entity, we attach:
5. the customer's Founding and registration documents.
